Demetris Papaprodromou
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Demetris Papaprodromou brings over 25 years of leadership experience across consulting, finance, and corporate governance.
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Cyprus Investment Funds Association, he has served on the Boards of several international organisations, guiding them through strategic transformation and growth.
He holds a BA (Hons) in Accountancy, an MSc in Financial Markets & Derivatives, and an Executive MBA from the University of Cambridge, where he graduated with distinction. Throughout his career, Demetris has been a guest speaker at conferences across Europe, sharing insights on entrepreneurship, governance, and sustainable business architecture. Fluent in both Greek and English, he leads Rochna Holdings with a philosophy rooted in integrity, stewardship, and enduring value creation.
Elena Constantinidou
CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER
Elena is a holder of a BSc (Hons) degree in Business Administration with concentration in Management Science from the University of Cyprus, and an MSc degree in Human Resource Management & Organisational Behavior from CIIM Business School, where she graduated with distinction. She is also a full member of the Cyprus Human Recourse Management Association (CyHRMA). Elena is fluent in Greek and English.
